These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the KAMPERup! website and store, available at https://kamperup.pl/en.

By using the KAMPERup! website, you accept these Terms insofar as they apply to the use of the website, content, forms, newsletter, launch list and, once sales launch, purchases made in the Store.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the KAMPERup! website or services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “KAMPERup!” means the website, blog, store and project available at https://kamperup.pl/en;
• “Website” means the KAMPERup! website, blog, guides, collections, forms and other features available online;
• “Store” means the part of the Website where products may be purchased once sales launch;
• “User” means any person using the Website;
• “Customer” means a User making a purchase in the Store;
• “Consumer” means an individual entering into a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity;
• “Newsletter” means email messages sent by KAMPERup! after voluntary subscription;
• “Launch List” means the list of people signed up to receive information about the Store launch and the introductory promotion;
• “Terms” means these Terms of Service.

3. Nature of the Website

KAMPERup! is a website created for people interested in campervans, caravanning, road trips, outdoor living, campervan equipment, camping, power systems, outdoor cooking, travel safety and comfort.

The Website may contain:

• articles and guides;
• checklists;
• product-category comparisons;
• links to collections;
• newsletter and launch-list sign-up forms;
• promotion information;
• affiliate links;
• product offers once the Store launches.

Before sales launch, part of the Store may be informational and preparatory in nature. Browsing collections or signing up to the Launch List does not constitute placing an order.

4. Services Provided Electronically

The following electronic services may be provided through the KAMPERup! Website:

• access to website content;
• access to guides and articles;
• contact forms or email contact;
• newsletter subscription;
• Store Launch List subscription;
• once sales launch: customer account, basket, order placement and purchase handling;
• other features made available on the Website.

Electronic services are provided within the scope and for the duration resulting from the Website’s availability. We may temporarily limit access to the Website, for example due to technical work, updates, failures or changes to Shopify.

5. Technical Requirements

To use the Website, you need:

• a device with internet access;
• an up-to-date web browser;
• an active email address if you wish to subscribe to the Newsletter or Launch List, create an account or place an order;
• cookies enabled to the extent necessary for the Store, basket and security features to operate.

We do not guarantee that the Website will function properly on outdated browsers, outdated operating systems or with settings that block essential website functions.

6. Rules for Using the Website

Users should use the Website in accordance with the law, good practice and these Terms.

The following are prohibited:

• providing unlawful content;
• taking actions that interfere with the operation of the Website;
• attempting unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
• using the Website for spam, phishing, automated scraping or activities that compromise security;
• copying KAMPERup! content in a way that infringes copyright;
• impersonating others or providing false information.

We may block or limit access to selected features if a User breaches these Terms or applicable law.

7. Guides and Expert Content

Content published by KAMPERup! is informational, educational and guidance-based in nature.

We make every effort to ensure that the content is reliable, up to date and based on sources. However, it does not replace:

• manufacturer instructions;
• vehicle technical documentation;
• service-centre recommendations;
• legal advice;
• advice from an electrician, gas engineer, vehicle diagnostician or other professional;
• local laws and the rules of campsites, car parks and stopovers.

Before carrying out technical, electrical, gas or structural work in a campervan, you should seek the assistance of a suitably qualified person.

Users rely on guides at their own risk, taking into account the vehicle’s technical condition, manufacturers’ instructions, laws and safety rules.

8. Newsletter and Launch List

Users may voluntarily subscribe to the KAMPERup! Newsletter or Launch List by providing an email address and accepting the relevant marketing consent.

The Newsletter and Launch List may include:

• information about the Store launch;
• a discount code as part of the introductory promotion;
• guides and educational content;
• information about new articles;
• information about products, collections and promotions;
• organisational communications related to KAMPERup!.

Users may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at kontakt@kamperup.pl.

The Privacy Policy describes details of personal-data processing related to the Newsletter.

9. Introductory 5% Promotion

KAMPERup! may run an introductory promotion under which people who join the Launch List receive a 5% discount code for their first order once sales launch.

Detailed promotion terms, including the duration, rules for receiving and using the code, limitations, exclusions and expiry date, are set out in separate Promotion Terms and Conditions:

The Discount Code is not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to the restrictions set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

Where a promotion concerns products with a reduced price, price information will be presented in accordance with applicable rules on communicating price reductions.

10. Products and Offers in the Store

Once sales launch, the KAMPERup! Store may offer products related to campervans, road trips, outdoor living, comfort, fragrance, hygiene, power, outdoor cooking, safety and trip organisation.

Product information, such as descriptions, prices, availability, photographs, features, limitations and safety information, will be displayed on the product page or in the basket.

We make every effort to ensure product information is clear, understandable, up to date and not misleading.

Product images may differ from the actual appearance of the product due to monitor settings, lighting, framing or product version. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

11. Placing Orders

Once sales launch, placing an order in the Store will require:

• selecting a product;
• adding the product to the basket;
• providing data necessary to fulfil the order;
• choosing a delivery and payment method;
• accepting any required terms or consents;
• clicking the button confirming an order with an obligation to pay.

A sales contract is concluded when the Store confirms acceptance of the order, unless the Store communications state otherwise.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

12. Prices and Payments

Product prices will be stated in Polish złoty and, where applicable, will include taxes.

Delivery costs, where applicable, will be stated before the order is placed.

Available payment methods will be displayed in the basket or at checkout.

Payments may be handled by Shopify or external payment providers. A payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.

The Store may run promotions, offer discount codes or provide special offers. Promotion rules may be set out in separate terms or promotional communications.

13. Delivery

Once sales launch, available delivery methods, costs, estimated delivery times and territorial restrictions will be displayed in the basket, at checkout or in a separate Shipping Policy.

Delivery time may depend on product availability, the selected delivery method, the logistics provider, public holidays, non-working days, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the Store’s control.

If a product is unavailable or fulfilment of the order is impossible, the Customer will be informed of the situation and available solutions.

14. Right of Withdrawal

A Consumer who enters into a distance contract generally has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason.

The 14-day period is calculated in accordance with applicable law, in particular:

• for the sale of a single item: from the day the Consumer, or a person designated by them, receives the item;
• for the sale of multiple items delivered separately, in batches or in parts: from the day the final item, batch or part is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform us of their decision, for example by sending an email to:

Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law, after receiving the withdrawal notice and in line with the rules for returning goods.

The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances set out by law, for example to non-prefabricated items made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised to meet their individual needs.

Detailed return rules may be set out in a separate Returns Policy.

15. Product Complaints

The Store is liable to Consumers for the conformity of goods with the contract on the terms specified by law.

If purchased goods do not conform with the contract, the Consumer may submit a complaint.

The complaint should include:

• full name;
• email address;
• order number, if known;
• a description of the issue;
• the requested remedy;
• photographs or other supporting materials, where they help assess the complaint.

The seller will respond to the Consumer’s complaint within 14 days of receiving it, where the law requires such a response.

The Consumer does not bear complaint-related costs arising from non-conformity of goods with the contract where the law places responsibility for those costs on the seller.

16. Complaints About Website Operation

Users may submit a complaint or report a problem concerning the operation of the Website, forms, Newsletter, account or other electronic services to:

The report should include:

• the nature of the issue;
• when it occurred;
• the browser or device used;
• the outcome the User wishes to achieve.

We will aim to respond within a reasonable period, no longer than 14 days, unless the nature of the matter requires a longer analysis.

17. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer, distributor or importer warranty.

A warranty, where provided, is a voluntary commitment by the guarantor and does not limit the Consumer’s statutory rights arising from non-conformity of goods with the contract.

Warranty terms may be stated in the warranty document, product instructions, product description or on the manufacturer’s website.

18. Product Safety

Products offered in the Store should be used in accordance with their intended purpose, instructions, safety information and manufacturer recommendations.

For technical, electrical, gas, chemical, fragrance or vehicle-installed products, it is especially important to follow manufacturer instructions and safety rules.

KAMPERup! is not liable for the consequences of using a product contrary to its instructions, intended purpose, warnings or applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

19. Affiliate and External Links

The Website may contain links to external websites, including affiliate links.

Clicking an external link may take the User to another entity’s website. That entity may apply its own terms, privacy policies, cookies, delivery rules and complaint procedures.

KAMPERup! may receive a commission for a purchase made after following an affiliate link where that link is part of an affiliate programme.

Information about the affiliate nature of a link will be provided in the page or article where affiliate links are used.

20. Reviews and User Content

If the Website allows users to publish reviews, comments or other user content, the rules for publishing them may be set out in separate guidelines or notices.

If product reviews are published, KAMPERup! should state whether and how it verifies that reviews come from people who purchased or used the product.

Users may not publish unlawful, offensive, rights-infringing, spam or misleading content.

21. Intellectual Property

Content available on the KAMPERup! Website, including articles, descriptions, graphics, photographs, website layout, visual elements, logo and name, may be legally protected.

Using the Website does not transfer copyright or grant a licence to copy, distribute or commercially use the content unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users may use the content for personal use to the extent permitted by law.

22. Personal Data and Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data, cookies, the Newsletter, Launch List, Google Analytics 4 and analytics tools:

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, particularly if there are changes to:

• Website features;
• the scope of sales;
• payment or delivery methods;
• legal requirements;
• service-provider details;
• promotion rules;
• technical or organisational tools.

A new version of the Terms will be published on this page together with the date of the last update.

For orders placed before changes to these Terms, the version in force when the order was placed applies, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or the change is more favourable to the Customer.

24. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
