Shipping policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This policy sets out the rules for processing, shipping and delivering orders placed through the KAMPERup! online store.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver orders within Poland.

In the future, we may expand delivery to other European Union countries. If delivery outside Poland becomes available, its cost and estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the selected shipping method, product weight, dimensions and delivery address.

The current delivery cost is always shown in the basket or at checkout before payment is made.

The Customer will not incur any additional delivery costs that were not clearly stated before placing the order.

3. Delivery Methods

Available delivery methods may include, in particular:

  • courier delivery;
  • delivery to a collection point;
  • delivery to a parcel locker;
  • other methods available in the basket when placing the order.

Availability of a particular delivery method may depend on the type, size, weight and category of the product, as well as carrier restrictions.

4. Order Processing Time

Order processing time means the time required to prepare products for dispatch.

The standard order processing time is usually [enter, for example, 1 to 3 business days], unless stated otherwise on the product page or in the basket.

For pre-order products, products sourced on request or products with a longer processing time, the estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page or communicated to the Customer separately.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and carrier.

Estimated delivery times within Poland are usually:

  • courier delivery: 3 to 7 business days;
  • parcel locker or collection point: 2 to 7 business days;
  • products sourced or shipped by a logistics partner: as stated on the product page.

The stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Under applicable law, unless another timeframe has been agreed, goods should be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

6. Products From Different Warehouses

Some products may be shipped separately, particularly if they come from different warehouses, suppliers or logistics partners.

In this case, the Customer may receive more than one parcel for a single order.

This does not affect the total order price or the Customer’s rights.

7. Fragrance, Hygiene, Chemical and Special Products

Some products in categories such as:

  • Comfort, Fragrance and Hygiene;
  • fragrance oils;
  • fragrance refills;
  • portable-toilet chemicals;
  • cleaning products;
  • hygiene products;
  • liquid or delicate products;

may require special protection during transport.

For selected products, the availability of specific delivery methods may be limited due to safety requirements, the type of packaging or carrier regulations.

If a product cannot be shipped using the selected method, we will inform the Customer or make another available delivery method available.

8. Power Products, Batteries and Technical Equipment

Products in the Power and Solar Kits category, including batteries, electrical devices, power stations, inverters, chargers and installation components, may require additional protection during transport.

Some technical products may be shipped only using selected delivery methods, in accordance with carrier restrictions.

9. Dispatch Confirmation and Parcel Tracking

After dispatch, the Customer may receive an email confirming shipment and containing a tracking number, where the selected delivery method provides one.

The parcel status can be checked on the carrier’s website or in the order-related message.

10. Uncollected Parcels

The Customer should collect the parcel within the time specified by the carrier.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the Store, we will contact the Customer to agree on the next steps.

Reshipping the order may require payment of an additional delivery cost if the parcel was not collected for reasons attributable to the Customer.

11. Incorrect Delivery Address

The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete or prevents delivery, the delivery time may be extended.

If reshipping is necessary due to incorrect address details, the Customer may be asked to cover the cost of redelivery.

12. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, we recommend checking its condition upon receipt.

Where the packaging is visibly damaged, it is advisable to:

  • take photographs of the damaged parcel;
  • draw up a damage report with the carrier, where possible;
  • contact us without delay at kontakt@kamperup.pl.

Not drawing up a damage report does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights, but it may make handling the matter with the carrier easier and faster.

13. Non-Delivery of a Parcel

If a parcel has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, the Customer should contact us at kontakt@kamperup.pl.

We will check the parcel status with the carrier and inform the Customer about the next steps.

If delivery does not take place within the agreed timeframe, the Customer may set an additional reasonable delivery period. If the order is still not delivered, the Customer may withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law.

14. Responsibility for Delivery

In consumer sales, KAMPERup! is responsible for delivering the product to the Customer.

The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the product passes to the Customer only when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes possession of the product.
