Introductory Promotion Terms and Conditions: “5% Off Your First Order”

1. Promotion Organiser

1. The organiser of the promotion is Filip Sokół, operating the KAMPERup! project available at https://kamperup.pl/en, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
2. The Organiser can be contacted by email at kontakt@kamperup.pl.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• “Promotion” means the introductory “5% Off Your First Order” promotion;
• “Website” means the KAMPERup! website available at https://kamperup.pl/en;
• “Store” means the part of the Website where products will be available for purchase once sales have launched;
• “Launch List” means the list of people who sign up to receive information about the Store launch and a discount code;
• “Participant” means a person who signs up to the Launch List in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
• “Discount Code” means a code entitling the holder to a 5% discount on their first order in the KAMPERup! Store, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of the Promotion

1. The Promotion is promotional and marketing-related in nature.
2. The Promotion is not a contest, lottery, game of chance, betting activity or any other form of gambling.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
4. Signing up to the Launch List does not constitute placing an order and does not oblige the Participant to make a purchase.
5. The Organiser does not charge a fee for joining the Launch List.

4. Promotion Period

1. Registration for the Promotion is available from the date on which the sign-up form is published on the Website.
2. Registration will close on the date that sales launch in the Store or on another date specified by the Organiser on the promotion page.
3. The Discount Code will be sent, after sales launch in the KAMPERup! Store, to the email address provided at sign-up.
4. If the Store is not launched or the Promotion cannot be carried out for technical, organisational or legal reasons, the Organiser will inform registered Participants where possible.

5. Conditions of Participation

1. A person may participate in the Promotion if they:

• provide a valid email address in the sign-up form;
• accept these Promotion Terms and Conditions;
• voluntarily consent to receiving email communications from KAMPERup!;
• do not withdraw their consent before the Discount Code is sent; and
• meet the conditions for using the Discount Code set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2. One person may receive one Discount Code under the Promotion.
3. The Organiser may refuse to issue, or may cancel, a Discount Code in the event of abuse, including repeated sign-ups by the same person using different email addresses, the use of false information, automated sign-ups or actions that breach these Terms and Conditions.

6. Newsletter and Marketing Consent

1. To receive the Discount Code, the Participant must sign up to the Launch List and consent to receiving email communications from KAMPERup!.
2. Consent to email communications is voluntary.
3. The Participant may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting the Organiser.
4. Withdrawal of consent before the Discount Code is sent means withdrawal from participation in the Promotion.
5. Withdrawal of consent after receiving the Discount Code does not affect its validity, provided that the code was properly issued and has not expired.

7. Issuing the Discount Code

1. The Discount Code will be sent to the email address provided when signing up to the Launch List.
2. The Discount Code may be sent in the email announcing the Store launch or in a separate email.
3. The Organiser is not responsible if the Discount Code cannot be received due to an incorrect email address, spam filters, a full mailbox or technical issues on the Participant’s email provider’s side.

8. Discount Rules

1. The Discount Code entitles the holder to a 5% discount on their first order placed in the KAMPERup! Store.
2. The discount is applied after entering the Discount Code in the basket or during checkout.
3. The Discount Code may be used once by each Participant.
4. The Discount Code cannot be exchanged for cash, a bank transfer, a gift card or any other benefit.
5. The Discount Code cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, sales, loyalty programmes or special offers, unless the Organiser expressly states otherwise.
6. The discount does not apply to delivery costs, unless the Organiser expressly states otherwise.
7. The discount does not apply to gift cards, services, digital products, individually priced products or products excluded from the Promotion, should such products become available in the Store.
8. The Organiser may set a minimum order value required to use the Discount Code. If such a condition is introduced, it will be displayed in the code communication and in the Promotion settings.

9. Discount Code Validity

1. The Discount Code will be valid for 30 days from the date the email containing the code is sent.
2. The Discount Code will no longer be active after its expiry date.
3. The Organiser may extend the validity period of the Discount Code but is not obliged to do so.

10. Returns and Product Complaints for Discounted Purchases

1. Use of the Discount Code does not limit consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract where such a right applies under applicable law.
2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract or return of a discounted product, the refund will be made based on the price actually paid after the discount has been applied.
3. If the Participant returns an entire order paid for using the Discount Code, the Discount Code will not be automatically reissued.
4. Product complaints are handled in accordance with the terms of service, returns policy and applicable law.

11. Promotion Complaints

1. Complaints concerning the Promotion, the sign-up form or the Discount Code may be submitted to kontakt@kamperup.pl.
2. The complaint should include the email address used for sign-up and a brief description of the issue.
3. The Organiser will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
4. A response will be sent to the email address provided in the complaint.

12. Personal Data

1. The Organiser is the controller of the Participants’ personal data.
2. Data provided in the sign-up form will be processed for the purposes of:

• adding the Participant to the Launch List;
• administering the Promotion;
• sending information about the Store launch;
• sending the Discount Code; and
• conducting marketing communications, where the Participant has given consent.

3. Providing an email address is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Promotion.
4. Detailed information about the processing of personal data, user rights, cookies and analytics tools is available in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended for important reasons, including technical, organisational, legal reasons or reasons related to the Store launch.
2. Changes to these Terms and Conditions should not infringe the acquired rights of Participants who met the Promotion conditions before the amendment.
3. The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the promotion page.

14. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the KAMPERup! Website for the duration of the Promotion.
2. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law.
3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date they are published on the KAMPERup! Website.
